1. Acceptance

By using TruckerBuilt, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Description of the service

TruckerBuilt is a mobile GPS application for professional truck drivers, offering truck-optimized navigation, weigh station alerts and a community reporting system.

3. User account

You must provide accurate information when registering.
You are responsible for the security of your account.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use the application.

4. Pro subscription

The Pro subscription is billed at $12/month. All subscriptions are purchased and managed directly through the app stores (Google Play). Accumulated rewards are credited monthly. No refunds are offered for partial periods.

5. Community content

Reports and information submitted by users are provided for informational purposes only. TruckerBuilt is not responsible for the accuracy of community data.

6. Liability

TruckerBuilt is a navigation aid. The driver remains fully responsible for complying with traffic laws, weight limits and height restrictions. Never use the application at the expense of road safety.

8. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance.
